I'm still processing the fact that we've reached our goal so quickly. "Thank you" and "grateful" doesn't cover it at all. What an amazing community of people here in /farcaster and /live-the-same. The last 24 hours have been a whirlwind of me being blown away by donations and people being so kind and generous and sharing our story. I owe this to @hankmoody being up for interviewing me and sharing Rosalie's story. π A huge thanks to @shanemac.eth for pushing us to our target so quickly with such a generous amount. β€οΈ This adventure all started with friendship and a shared interest in crypto with @nkemjika and @chirbirita, much love to them too. Thank you all, you're all beautiful people. I look forward to ordering the cart ASAP and sharing our adventures with you. β€οΈππ

"There is something about observing and being aware of an emotion without judgement that is a key part of regulation. We can then make a choice about how we react or not to the situation. If we judge a feeling as good or bad, we tell ourselves a story and make meaning of something that we canβt necessarily control and then add more feelings like guilt or shame. Non-judgemental observation helps us interact more appropriately with events around us and process what is appropriate, and what is not, without making things worse for ourselves. Anger and sadness are legitimate responses to situations as is happiness and excitement. Labelling them good or bad stops us engaging with them appropriately." Exploring Emotional Intelligence has been a fascinating process and I've just posted the next article in my EI series, this one being all about Self Management. https://open.substack.com/pub/philduncalfe/p/self-management?r=1vk7nz&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true
