that got me thinking about @octant funding, they normally take you to a website to sign in and then vote but it could be as easy as leaving a like on the cast with something you want to support during the time it's open and if you got allocation

maybe, but to get a little bit technical to see if funding could be as simple as clicking a like, when folks who have tipn set up and click the like that triggers a usdc tip to send, we have an optional `action` and `data` payload that get passed in we have a bot that listens for likes and triggers the `tip` calls. so we would just need to devise a way to know which funding contract to pass in as the tipn action
