Iโ€™m currently using garlic cloves, pepper, onion, carrots, soy sauce, butter, sesame oil, rice, chicken, eggs.

This might sound counter-intuitive, but you gotta use day-old rice. This is key. Green onions are essential. Garlic too. Donโ€™t forget the MSG and a small dash of sugar. Game changers: a dash of Nฦฐแป›c chแบฅm fish sauce and bird eye chilis to your desired level of heath. Both used sparingly.
