How do I receive Rewards and settle my account?

I'm self-responding because I haven't heard back from @nbragg .

I am pleased to share that the Rewards reimbursement has been successfully completed.

Settlement can be made through Withdraw in the Settings.
I can't liquidate Max Rewards because I need to pay for gas, even though it's only a small amount.
Leave the gas bill and liquidate it.
0.0001 ETH was enough for two gas bills for ETH and Fire.

As a result, we ended up in the red, but we are very grateful for your help.
