in web2 the PMF question is "how disappointed would you be if you could no longer use this product?" in web3 the PMF question is "how likely are you to use the product after a potential airdrop?" who's bold enough to ask their customers this directly?

our customers actually would be screwed if our product just went down so i guess this is a good indicator
