I got my first interview with a non-crypto startup tmrw afternoon... wish me luck. It's the first time in probably 6 years that I am doing that process in German - which you'd think should be easy cause it's my mother tongue, but... for someone whose entire career has taken place 80% in English, it is still a bit daunt...

Trying to start writing a blog on a theme you're absolutely unexcited about, but you gotta pay bills.
Anyway, to make it more fun, I'm experimenting with using Ellipsus - it's nice to see small teams that are not Big Tech get into creating word editors that don't suck.

They were super nice, and I'm getting a proper week shadowing the master with all the aspects that make up the job in July.
That's something. In the meantime I can learn more about optics, and explore other fields of interest outside of crypto
