I just matched with someone I walked past at the Opera on Sunday. 

It made me think I should go to the Opera/Concerts more and say hi to interesting-looking strangers. 

Maybe not on mothers day tho, as seemingly all of them were there with their mums - which felt a little too high of a bar🤣

I really only say hi to strangers in bars, I’ve tried to make friends at concerts but people are surprisingly standoffish despite having the commonality of having the artist!

Haha, I don't know if I feel high-class. Anyone can go to the Opera technically.  ^^ I like classical, since forever, but absolutely no snob about it. 

That's a shame, though. Why can't people just bond over a shared love for an artist? Well, it's their loss, I'd say.
