call me old fashioned but the ideal amount of physical, um boundary setting, needed to guide young men in the world is non-zero

this physical correction needs to come from a stranger as a consequence rather than a parent as a punishment

the fact this is illegal means soft men who, often rightly, think there are no consequences for their actions

not saying I know how to make this legal in a reasonable way that doesn't have it's own consequences but I imagine this can be done in smaller high trust communities

i dont thimk young women tend to act out in ways the warrant this

for instance ive seen boys abusing or vandalizing public / community property countless times, can’t think of a single girl doing this

as paglia puts it, a woman simply is, a man must become
