We're simplifying how replies work on Farcaster.

When you open a conversation, you’ll see replies from everyone who doesn't have a spam label. This is a big change from today, where we apply a lot more filtering by default. 

If you prefer more filtering, you can go to Settings > Feeds and set "Reply Filtering" to aggressive. This will only show from people you follow and algorithmic suggestions from Farcaster.

This only applies to casts that aren't in channels, since some channels have more rules around who can reply.

What does spam label mean? Just 0 or also no label?
I mean yesterday I still saw no label replies in more replies in the farcaster channel, has that changed now?

Anyone knows the answer to this?

Are no label and level 2 referred to as 'doesn't have a spam label' below? 

Last week new onboards without a label were still hidden in 'More replies', which was bad, so hoping this is fixed now with recent changes

'excluding spammy' sounds like only level 0 is blocked

Even though I opened some of my channels to all and changed this setting a bunch of people are still in show more.

also we can try and find /farcaster channel mods, @pichi anything in channel settings that can explain this?

The new reply filtering settings don't apply to casts in channels as mentioned in Varun's original cast. Channels can have different rules set by the moderators / auto moderation tools etc.

@pichi has everything open, assuming nobody will be hidden or your new relaxed rules outside channels will apply, but in reality it seems still some are hidden
