It probably seems like I'm doing too many things at once. I probably AM doing too many things at once. But there are so many things to do! Right now, I'm: - Still refining the membership idea (though it's 90% done). - Rewriting my lead activation emails and adding segmentation to that automation. - Recording a podcast series arc on handling grief. - Writing my first weekly newsletter issue. - Building a choose-your-own-adventure game that will help people assess their current leadership style, their strengths, where they can grow, and which method (training or coaching) will best help them to grow. It occurred to me this morning that the week of the 4th of July is a terrible time to launch anything, so right now I'm doing the first podcast episode of this series arc, the lead activation emails, and the newsletter. I'll wait to launch the membership for a couple of weeks (though it may be live on the site sooner).
