Why does every vibe coder use @supabase and not Firebase? Never used the former so genuinely just curious.

It's a pretty good product. Personally, I would recommend MongoDB since I'm not sure the vibecoders want to deal with database migrations if their apps do kick off. I'm using it for my app personally and am OK with it.
