What do folks think of these collabs? I actually really like these collabs Some say they diminish brand equity. I disagree ā I think theyāre a great way to make some of these brands more accessible and become something of a gateway drug for the people who buy the collab to want to buy a Blancpain in this instance. And I donāt think that tarnishes Blancpain brand in any way. And I think Swatch is the perfect brand for those collabs because of their large family of brands

Agree, making the pie bigger is a net benefit. This ceramic thing is no replacement for a hand crafted traditional piece but it still gets people started and hopefully excited.

Itās got me excited. Iām considering gettingā¦I donāt have any Blancpains, and it wasnāt high on my list of watches to get, but I do like the idea of having a watch that can trace its lineage to the oldest brand in the world And that might transition to getting an OG one in a few years š¤·āāļø Now if they did a collab with Glaushutte š¤
