autofollow list consists of big accounts which can easily be a reason to be labelled as a spam. so i unfollowed all of them

Looking at it from this point of view you are right, when you enter here they force you to follow a lot of accounts that you don't even know who they are, over time you get to know them but if you follow them now It can do you more harm than good, so unfollowing It seems to be better.
