But actually, I would guess that if you only took the top 20% of english speakers from each country, France would do quite well. I've noticed a huge gap between average working class people and white collar professionals, and Paris vs province

for sure, the general level of upper middle class is quite good but i imagine that's the case across the board 

wonder how this would look taking into consideration the even more internet native kids of today, if the gap is closer or even at parity
