Gonna do 3 weeks in Costa Rica & 2 weeks in Nairobi. Any recommendations for food and activities?

I love local food, matcha, coffee, pilates, seeing animals in the wild. I hate mosquitoes - they are drawn to me, so pls do not suggest staying in a treehouse.
