Sometimes we just need to be rebuilding our energy levels and I can’t stress enough the importance of taking a full stop break. I have been suffering from insomnia a lot because my mind tends to get hyper active at night when everything around me is quiet. Sleep deprivation is a real energy sucker and it does a number on your internal systems! Take good care of yourselves ✨

my insomnia got worse lately figured I could take advantage of it but I guess we really can’t cheat nature and the body wants what it wants lol trying to sleep more at night now
