I’m in the south of France, Pyrenaes, and there’s so many beautiful houses, even chateaus, former grand casinos, etc. and some of them still look okayish but aren’t used anymore while others definitely need a bigger facelift.

For example in Eaux Bonnes there’s a former hotel des princes and a casino from 1850-1870 which went out of business in the 1980s.

Would love to see a comeback arch. It’s cheap to buy but hard to renovate and maintain..

Location, nature.. would be worth it
