I miss Tonkatsu so much. I can make it at home, but itโs never as crunchy as the professionals. This is one of my favorite quick bites when Iโm in Japan. When they are deep fried oysters on the menu, Iโm even happier!

Tonkatsu is one of the soul foods of Japanese people. We are happy to hear that you like tonkatsu. Curry, another Japanese soul food, and pork cutlet go very well together, so if you have a chance, please try "Katsu Curry," which is curry rice topped with tonkatsu.๐ต
