I didn’t do any leg exercises at the gym until about 8 months ago. Since then, I’ve went from leg pressing 150lbs to 270lbs with the same reps & sets. 📈

I like that on leg day I just stay in the cage for an hour. Gotta get some nordic curls too. currently couchridden and thriving
