🧘🏻♀️When I was 18, a mentor brought me to my first yoga class while we were working on a new Broadway show. She said, you should start this practice—so I did. For 20+ years as a professional dancer in NYC, my yoga and (later) meditation practice became the anchor in a wild industry and life. Mentally, physically—it held me together and gave me longevity. Thank you. My practice has really been the frame for how I’ve moved through life. And not in a goop sorta wellness way—very real and human. We just do are best and show up.

I appreciate that!! I attended a yoga practice recently that was a little goopy and tried to push myself out of my comfort zone. Tbh left feeling more upset with my body. Do you have any videos of your practices online? That I might be able to follow along at my own pace?

Yeah, I find many studios here in Paris are not very accessible. I’m really trying to create something where everyone feels welcome and safe. I have like a million videos! When I’m back at my computer I’ll send you a trial to my platform. I’ll dm you.
