Went to a Coinbase alumni event tonight and loved @barmstrong sharing how he and the exec team resolve conflicts when they disagree on a topic. On a count of three, they'll each say on a scale of 1-5 how strongly they feel about it and the higher number gets it. He said he doesn't remember anyone ever signaling 5

interesting i had heard this was how he and fred resolved disagreements in the early days speaks to the simple strategy's effectiveness that it has persisted over a decade and works with more than just 2 people i do this with my wife actually after having learned it from him, works great
