I've had severe insomnia since I was a kid and have tried so many things to address it My friend Aurora (who btw recruited me at Coinbase so I owe her a lot :P) mentioned Stellar Sleep and I'm going to give it a shot. Anyone have success with this?

Same problem. Will try as well. A regular sleep schedule, intense exercise and magnesium helps but sometimes nothing helps.

I've had sleep issues since childhood and I've tried everything. The only things that have worked is watching Bob Ross with the screen dimmed and Snoozy gummies that @keccers.eth shared a few months ago. Those made a HUGE difference when no other meds or gummies worked. I'll check out this app. Thank you! 1000 $degen

It might be because your creative brain is working at night and you couldn’t stop them. You might find yourself very peaceful at night and enjoy the thought process. The best way to relax the brain (or even slow down ) is breathing. Open the window. Take a deep breath. And hold it for 4 seconds. Release it. Do it again 10 times your brain needs oxygen to sleep ☺️try box breathing techniques, hope it helps you relax

Don't know much about Stellar but paid $1.9K for a sleep program to make the sleep better and it was super helpful. Happy to share some learnings!

I had sleep issues too. Start with reducing screen time. Sometimes you just have to pick, health, family or more work. It’s tough though.

Best of luck to you. I use insight timer. It may be similar and it has helped me turn off the chatter in my brain so my exhausted body can go to sleep.
