Odd day today

Woke up at 5 to a house party in my building raging that started before I went to bed

Took an antihistamine that I didn’t realize was the kind that makes you sleepy

I had to end my day early at 11am to come back and sleep, super confused as to what was happening

Now I feel like it’s the next day

Ooff, sounds rough. Hope you got the recovery you need to reset your sleep schedule! Also, my favorite antihistamine is levocetirizine (brand name: Xyzal) and for me it doesn’t cause drowsiness!
