I just confuse them so much. I put them in the TSA Pre/Clear lane and went to check the luggage. My dad insisted they don’t have that. I set it up. We get to the lounge, I made them use their access passes to get in. They were shocked they had them. We get to the car rental and I skip the counter because I got a text with where the car was in the garage and it blew their mind. I had Car Play setup with our destination before they even got situated in the car with the luggage. I do this every week but for them it’s so novel and surprising. It’s adorable.
