I previously thought we were moving away from screens. Now I think I was wrong and screens won’t be the interface layer, only visual. Causing and explosion of screen adoption everywhere. You’re seeing it in cars, it’s also why the emergence of cheep “Mr. Potato” card like Slate are now possible. Deep lo-fi vs deep hi-fi.

Very likely that this pushes prices for AI models way down, as they become the new interface mode. While also pushing screen pricing down because we can intermediate the middle layer with new abstract tech.

I was just telling my brother this the other day. I think the use case for AR stuff will feel like the innovations made with the Kindle. Changes where it feels less like you are staring at a screen so that it’s less fatiguing

what about text? will we move away from text and go back to the pre-writing era of spoken language as the core vehicle for communication throughout humanity?
