One of the things I love about an ECTOMORPHIC body is being strong, lifting heavy and looking lean. You find out you’re benching what someone with a bigger body mass benches and you just have that satisfaction. P.S: My favorite workout is the V-bar lat pull down. The pain and squeeze is always so pleasurable 😃

yup, my normal used to be 52kg. Then went to 62kg and looked great, but body type was noticeably more different. Now I'm 72kg, probably more and really wanting to lose the weight I put on

72kg is still fair if you still lift and have a defined body. You might just want to get in the gym and maybe burn 2kg since you want back your ectomorph build. I’m currently 62kg. My bench PR is 80kg, my Squat PR is 100kg. Hammer curl is 15kg each hand. These PRs doesn’t look like my body because I’m lean. My target max weight is 68 and i will be good.
