if you're aren't ordering desert first at least once a week, you're not really an adult, you're mentally still living with your parents

i'm 37yo and i always use the opposite desert/dessert that i mean

i know the difference, i know which is correct, it's like a mental block at this point

i eat a lot of desserts and spend a lot of time in deserts, i have high exposure, im goofing this several times a week now

I have a feeling 30s will be better, i guess 20s are messy cause we are not yet mature and don't have enough money compared to 30s.

30s have been really good! 20s were a mess.

everything i thought i loved in my 20s - partying, friends, music, being a dickhead, wasting my money on dumb stuff, chasing women and get rich quick schemes - suddenly got a lot less important. i was too much fun in my 20s, it was killing me.

now, things i like include eating healthy food (after dessert ofc), walking in the park for hours with my wife, living a hella boring day, earning my money slowly and saving it for stuff that matters, and then going to sleep (early!) just a lil smarter/stronger/wealthier than i woke up.

far prefer the 30s and living more balanced and mediated!
