I built something like this for our portfolio back when I was a VC. It included VCs well liked by other portfolio companies, value prop, and stage. 

Also included a few “do not engage” VCs 👀

Founders found it helpful bc they could easily create a list of VCs that they can get intros to from other founders (better signal than from the VC)
