ITAP of my project Not exactly the usual entry for my wow-map, where I try to include truly breathtaking places. But as the curator, I think I’m allowed to bend the rules sometimes and add my own projects. This is a waterfront area in a district developed in the 20th century, where the original urban layout and much of the historic architecture have been preserved. I chose to use modernist techniques and materials to gently reinterpret the historical context - keeping the spirit of the place while giving it a sense of freshness and relevance.
