When setting up analytics - what are the things you care the most about, and how hard is it to setup (bonus points if you tell me what you use currently) Personally I only care about funnels, as well as page views/retention, but would love to know what you care about (thinking through something)

We use Umami.is .Very happy with how fast it was to set up & see custom events in real-time. An accessible realtime stream is basic but crucial. Will not consider a service that lacks it or makes it difficult to find. It's also important to have just enough docs. Segment is a great service but docs are a bit much.
