When setting up analytics - what are the things you care the most about, and how hard is it to setup (bonus points if you tell me what you use currently)

Personally I only care about funnels, as well as page views/retention, but would love to know what you care about (thinking through something)

don't take my casts super seriously please (most of them at least)

early stage products have one clear value creation moment.  

the minimal role of analytics is to answer how many times are people getting value from the product

going beyond the minimal setup, id say analytics is a tool to help you learn about the validity of your assumptions.

i usually take time to set a few things i want to learn about my product every week and analytics is just one of the tools i use.

this is extremely easy to setup (i personally use posthog)
