Good point, only thing I can think of why they won’t take every coin is they don’t want to be dealing with volatility of meme coins? But if they would just transfer them into USDC at the point of sale, I’m not sure why

my thinking is they've done some lame focus groups that tell them they need to "simplify the message" for the general public and that they need to distance this "pay with USDC" message from "crypto"

which is lame, but they can waste their time if they want (general public is never going to adopt USDC heavily)
