will there be restrictions on who can buy? or any anon with a wallet will be able to buy OpenAI?

It def already exists. 

Only thing I’m excited about is UX game just got a competitor who excels. 

Other stuff is ‘neat’

It’s not only possible with crypto but I think it could be much better with crypto than without (if implemented in a way to highlight composability and transparency)

KYC AML stuff will still come into play but it’s an interesting development for sure

initially only eu citizens can buy openai and spacex tokens

but based on this screenshot from their presentation, it looks like users will be able to send these tokens to any arbitrum address

unclear if they will put a restriction on their UI (e.g. an arbitrum address is invalid if it doesn't belong to kyc'd user)
