4. Don’t take on debt for stupid stuff. (College might be stupid stuff)

6. Keep the ability to squat your bw for 10 and run a mile in 10 for as long as possible — take care of yourself physically

that’s fair. def gets precarious depending on drug/source/environment

re weapons i think introducing a weapon of your own in a situation adds a tremendous amount of variance that is not worthwhile to me

replacing credit cards or cash or whatever is quite easy and much preferable to the not-insignificant % of dying

Drugs is slippery slope and a lot of them tainted these days. It not like my college days 

You might not dig weapons but listen. When cops take 30min to come on a good day and the Rich buy their own private police where does that leave you sans weapon
