where I live currently is 100-200. unbearable, I hate it and feel the difference every day (my hometown was ~20). Trying to drive to countryside and mountains from time to time to breath some fresh air, but I should do more

Iโ€™d have to wait til I get back stateside to really offer good recs here so I have the time to research. It does help but you have to consider how big your space is and how much you want to spend on filters / how often you want to replace

I will leave this city in near future and will leave the filter to my parents so don't want them to change filters too much. And thanks for the recs, don't do any research and enjoy your trip, your initial recs are plenty already. I will do the rest :)
