Tbh it’s just the brand I know off the top. Not married to it. It’s right to call out home size

I will leave this city in near future and will leave the filter to my parents so don't want them to change filters too much.

I’d have to wait til I get back stateside to really offer good recs here so I have the time to research. It does help but you have to consider how big your space is and how much you want to spend on filters / how often you want to replace
