We have grown this variety for years. Its an awesome producer. It drys well for spices, and the skin is super thick and easy to peel when roasted. This is one of my plants from this year

I did a mango aji and lemon aji last year and they were very awesome

Leutschauer Paprika is a great producer. True scotch bonnet from baker creek is an awesome variety. We dry hatch chiilies and pasilla also for spices. The Aji family is a staple with us, and I haven't met one I didnt like. The Charapita is one of my favorites, seeds are expensive, the germination rate is terrible, but if you can get them to crop the taste is phenomenal 👌
