Leutschauer Paprika is a great producer. True scotch bonnet from baker creek is an awesome variety. We dry hatch chiilies and pasilla also for spices. The Aji family is a staple with us, and I haven't met one I didnt like. The Charapita is one of my favorites, seeds are expensive, the germination rate is terrible, but if you can get them to crop the taste is phenomenal 👌
