i’ve been averaging 6 hours of sleep for the last 4 weeks and it’s driving me mad trying to figure out what’s changed so drastically for me (externally or internally) for this to happen. i wake up around 6:45-7am without any alarm 90% of the time.

1. Stress? 2. Growing up? Did you change things in the evening? Is this maybe something that happens every year? Are you tired during the day? Do you nap? I’m normally blind to stressors and need my body to tell me “hey, your life is fucked up right now. Maybe stop and think?”
