i’ve been averaging 6 hours of sleep for the last 4 weeks and it’s driving me mad trying to figure out what’s changed so drastically for me (externally or internally) for this to happen. i wake up around 6:45-7am without any alarm 90% of the time.

it’s v absurd considering what my relationship w/ sleep has been for the last 20 years. i used to sleep a lot and never ever woke up without alarms or phone calls.

I haven’t slept much for the last few months and I can’t wake up without an alarm clock. I feel how a short duration of sleep/late sleep plays a cruel joke with me. At the same time, I draw attention to the fact that at night I seem to be more productive, but unfortunately, the whole world around me lives in the «light» time of day. I don’t know how to stabilize my sleep, I fall asleep quickly, but I can’t go to bed before 4-5 am. Despite the fact that I have to get up for work by 10 am At the same time, it happens that I need 3-4 alarm clocks to get up.
