What’s your native tongue? Italian would be way easier for someone with Romance language skills (although the grammar is not trivial). Italian also unlocks broad parsing abilities of other Romance languages after that incl. French and Spanish.

Polish looks nightmarishly difficult in comparison (been working on Polish documents for some research, and I can’t even make directional sense / guess the context of them by looking at the words).a
