iirc someone said something about most ppl over N age never sprint again in their life ideally one tries to delay N as long as possible

I try to sprint everyday for no reason. you see that light? let's sprint to it. that sign post? if you don't sprint you're g-- this person is jogging beside you.. hmm let's do a quick sprint they want to race.
