If you need to lose weight but feel hungry all the time, try reducing carbs in your diet. It may help decrease your appetite. Also add more proteins in your diet.

You can have carbs in minimal amounts. Enjoy sugar or pastries once a week to satisfy cravings. stay in control😁we can eat anything we want, but always in moderation.

I mean rice, spaghetti, porridge, muesli, fruits , especially bananas and mango oh.. I know they have a lot of sugar , but… ah, difficult 😆🫠

you can eat all of em but in mod 😁. you must stay away from other high calorie, sugary items.
