Who knew alcohol infusion could be so easy!? (Literally just chucking flavouring of choice in a bottle and letting it sit for a week or so) Obsessed with shiso/perilla and ever since I had a shiso gin and tonic in a Japanese bar, I knew I had to learn how to make it. Sooo delicious - happy Friday everyone!

shiso g&t sounds gnarly, a must try. you said it, but is it really as easy as just putting the shiso in the bottle and let it sit for a week? sounds fool proof, but i feel like i'll still find a way to mess it up somehow π
