Being single and not eating out a lot is fucking hard. How do I cook for just myself? Haven’t really figured it out yet, but I need to. I want to get in better shape and start eating healthier before it’s too late. Those years are moving fast!

I love a one pot noodle soup dish, or just have leftovers throughout the week/put them in the freezer!
