Any Oura ring users? Is it worth it? are there better alternatives? Just trying to track and improve sleep (never done so)

I prefer something on my finger to something on my wrist. It gives good sleep data, although that’s not an issue for me. Most interesting is the stress meter and learning what spikes that (both good stress like working out and bad stress from driving)

I like this guy's reviews on wearables. He presents a lot of data. Watched a few of his reviews when I wanted to replace my smartwatch https://youtu.be/MhMKtqY6CmM?si=fYo5w1LSOZsu1zv7

honestly fun and maybe a bit helpful for 1-2 months but really you know what good sleep is. good sleep is feeling rested. aim for this!

Much better optimized sleep when you're not trying to optimize it.
