So I’ve been in my pc for the last 7 days non stop, sometimes bad posture

I also slept in a bad posture where my whole arm became numb and when I woke up I couldn’t feel it… took like 5-10 min to recover from the numbness

It was ok at first but it’s actually getting worst and moving from back to shoulder to my neck

I’ll rest today, but it doesnt get better I’ll go to the doctor

It could be a simple Muscle strain or overuse.  But iif it’s accompanied by chest pain, shortness of breath, nausea, sweating, or dizziness.  You should see a doc.   Not trying to alarm you.  Rest!
