i went from two little spoons of sugar in coffee > one little spoon > no sugar > decaf in 5 months. next step is switching to black coffee, but i feel like i’ve already sacrificed so much that i don’t want to do it. 😩

i agree, it’s so bad. i’m just fafo-ing that part for a bit, not a permanent thing. switching to no sugar was permanent tho

@rodrigobardin told me the same, that once he went no sugar, he couldn’t have it with. i was VERY surprised that i ended up feeling the same way bc i used to love sugar in my coffee soo much. so much that last year when i quit added sugar foods, coffee was the only thing i allowed myself to have sugar with bc having coffee is my safe space time of the day.
