Does everything need to be solved? Isn’t it ok if it isn’t solved immediately? Does the solution to everything have to be a solution? What if it’s a question? What if it’s not?

This is not an excuse to not solve problems Hard problems that are worth solving to you are worth solving and should be independently pursued- it’s more asking the question, living the question

“does everything need to be solved?” depends on “can everything be solved?”

In my experience the answer is definitely “no”. Problems don’t necessarily “need” and sometimes “can’t” be solved immediately. I bring problems with me since many years now and they’re always in a corner of my mind and keep me in a certain way, alive.

I strongly believe that nothing is fully solved. It is just as the popular saying goes “The more you look, the less you see” It simply says, you keep trying to make sense of it, you will keep deviating from the original question. And that way you bring up more things that make no sense and then try to make sense, and finally end up in the “WH”-questions. So nothing is fully solved, the questions exist for a reason and will be there for a reason.

Sometimes going through it without actively solving it, is the solution itself .

Isn't there a word for the feeling of something being solved outside of the effort commensurate with solving it? Like, you do a ton of work to solve something and then find out it's solved - idk for sure but it seems like this is similar to that

A question can be the answer, if you let it breathe.

all problems need to be solved but at the same time must not be solved because without problems we become useless. Which ironically will become a problem
