Yeah I've come to the conclusion that my answer is undoubtedly SR-71 Why: - Operated at 85,000 ft, at over Mach 3 (~2100 mph) - No SR-71 was ever shot down, because Mach 3 - 1 hour flight from SF to NYC - A special titanium body out of it from scratch for it - Absolutely bonkers https://warpcast.com/jayme/0xba21812e

Don't get me wrong, i'm all for the X-59, but we have to remember how we've come since 1960s when the SR-71 debuted https://www.lockheedmartin.com/en-us/products/x-59-quiet-supersonic.html
